Two Swiss. One Rig. Endless Adventures.
Every summer, Regula and Daniel fly over from Switzerland, pick up their Ford F-350 and Rugged Mountain 11RL, and explore North America to their hearts content. Here’s how they do it, and what they’ve discovered. Don’t miss these Swiss!
After nearly twenty years of roaming the country in his Arctic Fox 990, Matt Nelson doesn’t have to go looking for incredible moments. They find him.
For Behind the Shot Part 3, we are featuring photos and stories captured at the Valley of the Gods in Utah, White Sands National Park in New Mexico, the Yuba River in California, and many more destinations.
You went there, did that, and have the mud-splattered, dust-coated, snow and salt encrusted, bug-caked photos to prove it. Send us your dirtiest rig photos and the story behind the adventure. Who has the dirtiest rig ever? Let’s find out!

Have you ever had a fuse go out on your @riecotitan jacks? Here’s how to fix it with a pair of needle nose pliers and a backup 30-amp fuse.
This might not happen often, but knowing the basics of your fuse box and having some backup fuses can come in handy.
We anticipated a big dip while driving onto the ferry, so having our jacks raised all the way up was a preventative step to avoid bottoming out.
Stay tuned later this week to drive onto the ferry with us!

During our visit to @northstarcamper in Cedar Falls, Iowa, we noticed something unusual. A lot of the people building the campers had been there for over a decade. So we started asking, “How long have you worked at Northstar?”
25 years. 37 years. 38 years.
Those aren’t numbers you hear every day. Seeing this many longtime employees under one roof says something about the company and the people behind it.
Under third-generation President Rex Willett, Northstar has remained a family-run company where many employees have spent decades building campers together.
Whatever the secret is, it’s clear that many of the folks at Northstar have found a place worth sticking around for.
