Shade Sail Awning Extension
2007 Ford F-350
2022 Wolf Creek 850
Using an eight-foot shade sail from Amazon, some spring clamps, some cord, and a couple of tent stakes, I made an extension to our side awning. The shade sail clips to the end of the awning. I stake the other end to the ground.
As you can see in the pictures, we went from no shade to a little shade. It has worked well. It didn’t cost much and it’s great to have a little more shade when we need it.
Materials Used:
8 foot x 8 foot Shade Sail from Amazon – $20
6 pack of 1-inch spring clips from Amazon – $10
Cord and tent stakes – on hand
It took me less than 30 minutes hours to complete this modification and it cost me $30.
