Rozin Temperature Mixer Installation
2015 Ford F350
2010 Arctic Fox 992
Since we are limited on water, I felt we were wasting water trying to get the shower temperature correct. This mixer sets the temperature out of the water heater so all we do now is open the hot valve. There is no fear of the cold shot, or scalding hot!
It’s a simple Rozin temperature mixer plumbed with Flair-It fittings. They are installed where the water heater bypass would normally be installed. We don’t winterize in Phoenix, but I do drain and blow the lines when temperatures get to around freezing.
It has worked out fantastic! It took me 45-minutes to complete this modification and cost me $40. In my opinion, the skill level of this modification is easy.
