RV Shower Caddy Upgrade

I did a quick RV mod to upgrade the shower caddy in my camper’s dry bath.
The corner triangular baskets that have been in our dry bath for 8-years were starting to show wear as the baskets were rusting, and the suction cups were losing their grip. I replaced them with beautiful stainless steel corner baskets held on with double-back tape hooks.
The challenge was how to hang the new corner baskets level. To do so, I first attached the supports to the baskets, and held them up to the wall and marked the spot.
Then I took a level and drew a line at the spot I marked on both walls. Next, I removed the tape liner from the double-back tape and stuck it on both of the holders at the lines I made. Clipping on the baskets was the last step!
I clearly demonstrate this mounting technique in the following video:
The baskets are spectacular! They are stainless steel so they should never rust, and double-back tape is a much better method of securing to the shower walls than the previous suction cups.
When it was completed, my wife was thrilled with the new updated look. That’s a win-win in my book!
It took me 2-hours to complete this modification and cost me $20. In my opinion, the skill level of this modification is easy.
