Handle Holders Bottle It Up
2015 Ford F-350
2022 Host Yukon
We’re on our fourth and final truck camper. Throughout the years my husband and I have been labeled as fru-fru coffee junkies. That means toting an espresso machine, bean grinder, and flavored syrup bottle storage.
As most people know, glass bottles and the shake n’ shimmy of a truck camper are typically not compatible. I’ve tried a number of different things, from stuffing the cabinets so full that nothing moves to a marine bottle holder that had to be screwed into the shelf base, which made for a painful cleanup if spillage happened.
The tricky part was finding a “bottle-holder” deep enough that would hold the bottles without having to tilt them backward to fit the neck in.
My solution was little broom handle holders. These little guys work great. They’re just the right size for the necks of the bottles. I measured up from the shelf to the correct neck height. Then I used 3M adhesive tape.
These little broom handle holders work like a charm making it easy to fix the bottles to the wall without all of the fuss of over-stuffing or drilling anything.
I needed Self Adhesive Wall Mounted Broom Holder (Set of 4) purchased on Amazon, and 3M adhesive tape.
It took me fifteen minutes to complete this modification and cost me $9.99. In my opinion, the skill level of this modification is easy.
