Catered Pig Roast
On Friday night, we have hired a caterer to do a pig roast at the party tents starting around 4:30 pm. For $25 per person, you will get pork, apple sauce, baked beans, corn bread, locally grown corn on the cob, cole slaw, and apple crisp for dessert.
As the caterer says, “You will be getting a Hollywood Style pig roast with all the trimmings.” Dan will be bringing his commercial smoker for this event.
You will need to contact me and let me know how many dinners you want to order. I am giving a hard deadline of August 19, 2017, as I will be heading out to the Lake George Escape Campground the following day.
We have contracted with Allec Blanco of Allecazammagic to bring you a very exciting show on Friday night, August 25, 2017. Allec will be joining us for our pig roast dinner and will start his show at the end of dinner and continue for around two hours.
I would like to thank Joe and Marianne for all the hard work they have done to bring this very exciting dinner and entertainment. For even more details about this Jamboree, check out my informational PDF.” – Mike Tassinari
