The CampOut is one of the most modular campers on the market and now it’s got four interior color palettes to match. From misty coastlines to desert heat, FWC just made your next rig a whole lot more you. Which color palette would you choose?
Four Wheel Campers is turning up the personality on their CampOut series with four new interior color palettes—Sedona, Tofino, Catskill, and Black Rock. Designed to match the build-it-yourself spirit of CampOut, these palettes let owners dial in a look that fits their vibe.
If you missed our CampOut announcement in February, CampOut is modular, minimal, and built around choice. You decide how it’s laid out, what goes in, and what gets left behind. It’s a stripped-down platform for people who like to keep things simple—or make them complicated on their own terms.
Now, you get to choose how it looks inside. Here’s the new interior palette lineup:
Sedona brings in warm desert tones, channeling red rocks and late-day sun.
Tofino is cool and coastal—think misty beaches, driftwood, and ocean air.
Catskill leans rustic and woodsy. It’s all cabin vibes and forest charm.
Black Rock is bold and minimal. Dark, clean, and modern.
Our Take
I have to admit that we look at the CampOut concept—and other modular truck campers—with a bit of envy. I wish we could remove and add major components within our camper.
Over time, camping needs can change. That often means changing entire trucks, campers, or even the type of RV or overland vehicle. With a modular approach, you might be able to just change the interior saving a ton of money and keeping what one likes about what they already have.
The new color palettes take the modular concept in a new direction—aesthetic preference. Where the modular concept is mostly presented for its advantages in utility, there’s no reason why it can’t also impact the look and feel of a camper as well. Change a cabinet or the entire floor plan? No problem. Change the color of a cabinet or the whole interior palette? No problem. What a fantastic idea!
