Here are the Pop-Up comments from the 2015 Ultimate Camper Survey.

Solar with proper sized battery to get multiple days with little sun

Bike rack

Exterior service center.  Put connections points behind a single door.

Rear slide-out door kitchen.  Two burner stove and outside shower that can double as a sink.

Outside electrical 110 volt plug-in

Larger skylights

12 volt plug-ins

Air conditioner, solar

Cassette toilet

12 volt outlets, solar panel pre-wire, storage box for generator

Large exterior accessible storage compartment

The small aluminum fold-out steps on the rear wall for roof access

12 volt power jacks in kitchen area

Extended rear landing deck as part of the steps

Bicycle mounts and Jerrycan mounts

Air dam or deflector to reduce wind noise at speed

A portable solar panel to charge the batteries, plus a place to plug in that goes right to the batteries.  Pull in and set up on a sunny day.

Door access to area in front of wheel well for additional storage

Exterior 12 volt plug with cable and lighting on a pole that I can put where I want

I prefer a Euro-style sink/cooktop combination in stainless steel.

Flush mounted appliances

Enough counter space to be able to chop vegetables, etc.  A large pantry, but not a slide out with those cheap wire swinging racks.

Three drawers for cutlery, cooking utensils, and dish towels

Cover over the two burner stove top

Storage!  Allow us to customize the kitchen.

110 volt outlet in kitchen

Shades not curtains, paper towel rack

Portable shelves, toaster oven, coffee maker, larger toilet area.

USB charging connectors

Two-way stove for shore power or 12 volt

No kitchen

Soap dispenser

LED lighting

Built-in trash can like Leisure Vans has

Range fan vent

Corion counter tops
