This Jamboree coincides with the Tall Ships sailing into Newport, Rhode Island on the same weekend.  An eight to ten passenger van will be rented to shuttle people back and forth the approximate twenty minutes from the campground. Newport, Rhode Island is a very small place with very little parking.

This is an informal end of the year boondocking event as there are no facilities at Wolf's Neck Farm on the ocean/bay.  There are no planned events, so it's purely social.  Sit by the campfire and shop in town at LL Bean, etc.
