Hallmark RV Debuts Paolo Machesi Bamboo Series

While we were at Hallmark RV this past October, Matt Ward showed us a special order Hallmark pop-up camper still in production.  Bozeman, Montana commercial and outdoor photographer Paolo Marchesi had asked Hallmark to custom manufacture a Hallmark Guanella LS with bamboo cabinetry.

The bamboo cabinetry has been such a success that Hallmark RV has decided to make bamboo cabinetry an available option in their campers.  The campers will be called the Paolo Marchesi Bamboo Designer Series.  

Due to the relatively high cost of bamboo as a material, the Paolo Marchesi Bamboo Designer Series option adds $1,495 to the cost of a Hallmark camper.   

Paolo Machesi also custom ordered a few more options including Bill Ward’s idea of a brushed steel backsplash.  This backsplash will be standard in all Hallmark truck campers for 2012.

Above you can see the many LED lighting options that Hallmark provides.  The LED firetruck floodlights are now available as a $300 option.

A tankless water heater is also now available as an $850 upgrade.

And finally, Hallmark is also working on improvements on matching their standard oak cabinetry.

Matt also promised us about a new “CC” model that Hallmark RV will be debuting later this month.  He promised to give Truck Camper Magazine an exclusive, but something tells us you’ll see it on Hallmark’s Facebook page first.

The Paolo Marchesi Bamboo Designer Series and the improved 2012 oak cabinetry will make their debut at the ISE show in Denver, this Thursday, January 5 through Sunday, January 8th.
